ABOUT Jeremy Andrew
Jeremy J. Andrew is an estate planning, wealth architecture, and business attorney who helps individuals, families, entrepreneurs, executives, and business owners protect what they have built and plan intentionally for what comes next. His practice centers on estate and trust planning, business succession, asset protection, tax-sensitive wealth planning, and the coordination of personal, family, and business interests. He serves clients ranging from families building meaningful assets to million-dollar-plus, high-net-worth, and ultra-high-net-worth clients with complex planning needs.
Jeremy designs plans ranging from wills, revocable trusts, incapacity planning, and probate and trust administration to sophisticated irrevocable trusts, multigenerational wealth-transfer strategies, charitable planning, and asset-protection structures. For clients with concentrated or complex assets, he integrates estate planning with ownership, succession, liquidity, tax considerations, investments, insurance, and family objectives so the plan functions as a coordinated whole.
His practice also extends beyond traditional private-client planning. Jeremy advises registered investment adviser firms, family offices, investment groups, angel and venture-capital organizations, closely held companies, and other sophisticated organizations on governance, ownership structures, contracts, private financings, acquisitions, compliance, risk allocation, and strategic transactions. He has established and advised investment clubs and other investment structures, works in SEC- and FINRA-regulated environments, and serves in outside general counsel and strategic advisory roles alongside owners, executives, investors, accountants, and financial advisers.
Jeremy’s broader business practice includes entity formation and restructuring, operating and shareholder agreements, buy-sell arrangements, acquisitions and sales, commercial contracts, employment matters, ownership transitions, management succession, and exit planning. His experience spans private practice, in-house and outside general counsel work, securities-related matters, corporate governance, complex transactions, and federal tax resolution. For more than a decade, he has also taught the legal portion of Idaho’s Enhanced Concealed Weapons License course. When firearms are part of an estate, he integrates firearms and NFA trust planning into the client’s broader estate, asset-protection, and succession strategy.
Before practicing law, Jeremy helped grow a multi-state retail company from approximately $595,000 in annual revenue to nearly $17 million before selling his interest. That experience shapes a practical approach: understand the client’s objective, identify weak points, explain complex issues clearly, and build legal structures that work when ownership changes, a founder exits, markets move, or life otherwise tests the plan.
