ABOUT Mitch Gardner
Before joining Black Creek Legal, Mitch provided legal services in the Treasure Valley including real estate, business, landlord-tenant, and homeowner’s association law. While in law school at the University of Wyoming, Mitch served in the Civil Legal Services Clinic and clerked for the Honorable Kent J. Dawson, senior district judge of the United States District Court of the District of Nevada. Mitch is a member of the Idaho and Utah State Bars and is admitted to practice in federal court for the District of Idaho.
Mitch’s current practice is in the areas of community association law, landlord-tenant law, and civil litigation. Mitch loves spending time with his wife, Lexi and their three children. In his spare time, Mitch enjoys watching his favorite sports teams.
